Todas las ventas son finales. Usted asume la responsabilidad de su compra y no se emitirán reembolsos. Se otorgará un crédito en la tienda por el valor del producto, siempre y cuando el cliente: (1) notifique su devolución vía correo electrónico a info@borikikistore.com durante los primeros 7 días de recibir el paquete (2) devuelva sus productos en perfecto estado, incluyendo el empaque original y (3) pague los costos del envío de vuelta.

• Error de Envío - Si recibe un artículo por error, o el artículo no corresponde la orden solicitada en el pedido, Borikiki Store correrá con los gastos de la devolución y nuevo envío.

• Dirección incorrecta - Si proporciona una dirección incorrecta o insuficiente, el envío será devuelto a nuestras facilidades. Usted será responsable de los costos de reenvío una vez que hayamos confirmado una dirección actualizada con usted.

Términos y Envío

Se utilizará los servicios de envio del Unites States Postal Services (USPS) y otros, según aplique. Todo pedido se envía lo antes posible, luego de haber realizado su pedido. El cliente recibirá un número de rastreo (si aplica) via correo electrónico para que pueda darle seguimiento a su pedido. Toda factura se envía directamente a la dirección de email provista por el cliente al realizar su pedido. Todo pedido se procesa de lunes a sábado de 10am - 3pm. No obstante su demora, no implicará ni anulación del pedido ni indemnización alguna. Todo pedido se considera "entregado" en el momento en que el servicio postal confirme en envío. 

Por el momento no realizamos envíos fuera de Puerto Rico y los Estados Unidos.

Pins: Nuestros botones "pins" NO son adecuados para niños pequeños debido al filo del alfiler y su tamaño pequeño. Favor utilizar con cuidado.

Pegatinas: En un entorno controlado (uso en interiores) donde no hay luz solar directa o exposición al frotamiento, tienen el potencial de durar hasta más de 10 años. Nuestras pegatinas están impresas en tintas CMYK. Después de dos años bajo la luz directa del sol, la tinta amarilla podría aclarar hasta un 20%. Return Policy

All sales are final. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued. A credit will be granted in the store for the value of the product, as long as the customer: (1) notifies their return via email to info@borikikistore.com store during the first 7 days of receiving the package (2) return their products in perfect condition, including the original packaging and (3) pay the return shipping costs.

• Shipping Error - If you receive an item by mistake, or the item does not correspond to the order requested in the order, Borikiki Store will cover the cost of the return and new shipment.

• Wrong Address - If you provide a wrong or insufficient address, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for re-shipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

• Cancellation of order - If the customer cancels his order before shipment, there will be no additional charge. If the customer cancels after the order is shipped, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as the return costs.

• Lost or Stolen Packages - Borikiki Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Upon inquiry, Borikiki Store will provide shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

 

Rewards Program

• Score: Scores belong to a system controlled by a third party. We are not responsible for the loss of points or errors in the system.
• Birthday Points: The date of birth must be submitted to the system 30 days before the date of the birthday, in order to redeem the points. If you do not submit the date of birth 30 days before, you will not receive the birthday points.

Terms and Shipping

The shipping services of the Unites States Postal Services (USPS) and others will be used, as applicable. All orders are sent as soon as possible, after having placed your order. All customers will receive a tracking number (if applies) via email so they can track their order. Every invoice is sent directly to the email address provided by the client when placing his order. Notwithstanding its delay, it will not imply or cancel the order or any indemnification. Any order is considered "delivered" at the time the postal service confirms delivery.

At the moment we do not ship outside of Puerto Rico and the United States.

Pins: Our button badges (pins) are NOT suitable for small children due to the sharpness of the pin and their small size. Please handle with care.

Stickers: In a controlled environment (indoor use) where there is no direct sunlight or rubbing exposure, they have the potential to last up to more than 10 years. Our stickers are printed in CMYK inks. After two years under direct sunlight, the yellow ink can fade up to 20%. However, we recommend sticking our stickers in places where they do not have too much hand contact.
