Detalles del envío y cumplimiento del pedido durante COVID-19: 

• Los pedidos se procesan en un plazo de 3-5 días hábiles. Sin embargo, puede esperar algunos retrasos en el envío

• Nuestra responsabilidad termina una vez su orden es enviada. Debe monitorear su número de rastreo. Luego de ser enviada, toda reclamación debe hacerse a USPS.

• Utilizamos el Servicio Postal de los Estados Unidos (USPS) para enviar su orden. Al hacer su orden, usted ACEPTA hacer TODA reclamación por paquetes extraviados o atrasados a USPS. Borikiki Store LLC no se hace responsable por perdidas ocasionadas por USPS.
• Para pedidos con envío estándar, una vez que se completa su paquete, lo entregamos en la oficina postal de USPS y puede rastrear su paquete utilizando el número de rastreo que le proporcionamos en su confirmación por correo electrónico.

Order fulfillment and shipping details during COVID-19:

• Orders are being processed within 3-5 business days. However you can expect some shipping delays.
• If you have any questions regarding your order, you can contact us via info@borikikistore.com
• We're taking all of the necessary precautions and recommendations, but we recommend that our clients to properly clean their packages and envelopes, and wait a few days before opening.
• We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship your order. By placing your order, you AGREE to make ALL claims for lost or overdue packages to USPS. Borikiki Store LLC is not responsible for losses caused by the USPS.
• Our responsibility ends once your order is shipped. You must monitor your tracking number. After submission, all claims must be made to the USPS.
• For orders with Standard Shipping, once your package is fulfilled, we deliver it in the USPS postal office and you can track your package using the tracking number we provide in your email confirmation.
